We had an amazing family trip to Paris and this hotel came highly recommended to us by friends and it was truly the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in ! The hotel staff made sure our every wish was met! We had the best staff from Liza our amazing guest officer ,and Leane at the front desk were both so accommodating and went out of their way to always assist us with all details including hair and nails!! ! They were so friendly and let’s smiling ! Our breakfast staff Martha and Abdle made our mornings a delight and always knew our name and made us feel so welcome ! I highly recommend this hotel for your next Paris trip.it’s a must! Our 22 year old son also loved the hotel and all the amenities .

Great location, super nice staff, excellent food BUT THE EIFFEL TOWER VIEW FROM OUR ROOM??? WOWEEEE! This hotel is just so close to everything and our room was gorgeous. Everything was perfect but the view from our room was just amazing.... like we could reach out and touch it. Quiet location, cool neighborhood, easy walk to main sights.

Excellent hotel and staff! Highly recommend!!

This was the best hotel experience we’ve had. All the staff at Sofitel Hotel were so friendly and helpful from the very second we entered. Their attention to detail is stellar. I had mentioned that we were there celebrating our anniversary and my husband’s graduation so they surprised us with cake, wine and a card in the room. Usually free wine is bad, but this wine was exceptional. Our room itself was beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the balmain shower gel was amazing. Very thankful to the cleaning staff who do such a great job keeping the rooms clean every day. One of our favorite parts of this hotel was the exceptional breakfast. I have never had such incredible omelette in my life. The coffee was perfect, the pastries were fresh and delicious and they had plenty of healthy options like fruit, yogurts and granola. Big shoutout to the servers who worked at the breakfast. Their service deserves to be acknowledged. They were so nice and paid great attention making sure to clear the plates that were done and to ask us for coffee and eggs. All the staff who work there were so helpful and nice. It truly made a difference and made us feel so special. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Excellent service from everyone. Special thanks to Saber for running such a good breakfast room. He is so well organised and his management shows that he cares about every detail. Wenceslas was a very attentive chasseur. Reception staff very friendly, polite and efficient. Housekeeping staff work very hard.

Amazing 4 day stay at Sofitel Baltimore Tour Eiffel

My fiancee and I had a WONDERFUL experience at the Sofitel Bmore hotel in Paris. Jamal, our concierge, was incredibly helpful in booking museum tickets and restaurant reservations. The daily hotel breakfast was delicious, and service was superb. The bed in the room was very comfortable. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful with all of our requests. Location was also amazing, with several metro stops within a several minute walk from the hotel. Would 100% recommend!!!
